Taryn Ash has had an award-winning career in organizational change and upskilling, helping over 50 government bodies and multinational brands worldwide, including in Singapore, China, Japan, Europe and North America. She now focuses exclusively on the MENA region.
Taryn has designed upskilling and change programs for several Singaporean government bodies and multinational organizations, including FedEx, BP, Castrol, HP, Standard Chartered Bank, Singapore Tourism Board, the British Council and Changi Airport. She has also developed policies to foster diversity and inclusion, company-wide coaching and mentoring strategies designed to attract and retain valued staff, customer experience upskilling for regional frontline teams, and award-winning global sales development programs.
She holds an MBA from the University of Nottingham, UK; is a certified leadership coach by Rice University, USA, and has also formally studied business and intercultural communication in Canada, Japan and China.
She is a Canadian citizen, currently living between Dubai and France.
